Refund Policy

1. Who can get a refund

Refunds apply to paid textbooks acquired in the Knovelty Store. A refund can be issued by the seller within 14 days of purchase. After 14 days, purchases are final. Free textbooks do not need a refund.

2. Buyer details

For paid textbooks, buyers enter their full name and student ID. Sellers see these details on their Sales page to verify the purchase. Free textbooks need no buyer details.

3. What happens on refund

The full amount is returned to the buyer's earnings wallet and taken from the seller's wallet. The buyer immediately loses access to the textbook.

4. Requesting a refund

Contact the seller through chat, or reach us if the seller doesn't respond. Textbooks blocked for copyright violations are removed from the Store.

5. Credits and subscriptions

Credits bought through Paystack and used AI features are non-refundable. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time and stay active until the end of the paid period.
