Ownership

Knovelty is owned and operated by Spot Gambit.

1. Your account

You're responsible for what happens under your account. Keep your password safe and don't share it. You must be at least 13 to use Knovelty.

2. Your content

You own the topics and questions you create. By marking a topic public, you grant other users a license to view and duplicate it within Knovelty.

3. Acceptable use

Don't upload illegal, hateful, or infringing content. Don't try to break, scrape, or abuse the service. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.

4. Credits and quizzes

Each account gets a daily allowance of credits used to start quizzes. Credits reset daily and are non-transferable. Knovelty credits are separate from Spot Gambit credits and cannot be used or exchanged between the two platforms.

5. Disclaimers

Knovelty is provided "as is" without warranties. We aim for high uptime but don't guarantee uninterrupted service.

6. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use of Knovelty after changes means you accept the new terms.
